Dallas Brooks Community Primary School is a learning institute founded on the cutting edge of modern teaching practices. The school is dedicated to providing students with real-world, authentic learning opportunities which link to the core curriculum of literacy and numeracy, while leveraging the very best digital technology tools. Our open and flexible learning environments allow teachers and students to utilise space for small group and targeted learning tasks.
The school community represents a diverse range of socio-economic, cultural, religious and language backgrounds. Eighteen different ethnic groups are represented with the majority of students from language backgrounds other than English, the largest community groups being Arabic and Turkish speaking.
Our families value education and our students have a positive attitude towards school and learning. The school involves parents in school life, both within and outside classrooms. The school works with other educational and welfare groups in cooperative networks, providing venues outside of school hours for educational and community use and interacting with the wider community.
